Mistatim Outfitting is located on the forest fringe in a territory which has seen only limited outfitter activity over the past decade. This makes for tremendous Whitetail Deer and Black Bear hunting opportunities. The bears and deer have been growing older, adding weight, adding inches, growing from younglings to trophy quality animals. There are 10 year old deer (and older) roaming our territory that have likely never seen a bait stand, never had a reason to be wary of a free supply of hay and oats. Similarly, our bears have not had the luxury of convenient food sources restocked on a regular basis with their favorites and snacks to draw them in .
Our hunting camp location is at Mistatim, SK. We utilize trucks and trailers with 6x6 Polaris ATVs to get you to the hunt stands, which are within a 5 miles drive from camp. For the tough areas and late winter conditions have an Argo and severael snowmobiles. We have heaters for each stand or ground blind, when the weather requires them, as requested by the hunters. We have a place to sight in the firearms after they have made the journey and through the baggage handling systems. We are currently working on building a new skinning shed for processing of your animals.
